PRIVACY – USE OF COOKIES

The data controller Remco Srl, informs you pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/03 et seq., as revised by Legislative Decree 101/2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, wishes to inform you about:

 

WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to his/her terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites the next time the same user visits. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies on his terminal equipment that are sent by different sites or web servers (so-called “third parties”), on which some elements (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site he is visiting may reside. Technical/analytical cookies

These are those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service. They are not used for any further purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner or operator. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which ensure the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies where they are used directly by the website operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria (e.g. language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.

The installation of such cookies does not require the prior consent of users, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR on the protection of personal data remains in place, which the site operator, if it only uses such devices, may provide in the manner it deems most appropriate.

Profiling cookies

Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the web.

The European and Italian regulations provide that the user must be adequately informed about the use of the same and thus express his/her valid consent.

Technical/Analytical Cookies
Third party” marketing cookies: used by third party companies and allow the user to connect to third party websites for commercial purposes and purposes. These “third parties”, moreover, may – in addition to what is specified in this policy and also without the Owner’s knowledge – carry out further tracking activities on the User. For detailed information on this, we recommend that you consult the respective privacy policies of the services listed, in which the User can receive information on the relative processing and express his/her consent in this regard. The Data Controller reminds you that with regard to third-party Cookies, the Data Controller is only obliged to include the link to the third party’s website in this Cookie Policy. On the other hand, the third party is obliged to provide appropriate information on the processing carried out as well as information to Users on how to block the Cookies used.

The purposes for which cookies are used on our site are the following

NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL TO ANSWER

No dissemination of data is envisaged, except only with express consent
